Free shipping on orders over $50 AUS dollars. All Victoria Windsor merchandise is shipped from within Australia. Free Shipping and paid postal services are through Sendle.com and include a tracking. This takes 2-3 business days in metro areas and 2-4 business days in rural areas across Australia. Once you have paid for your item you will receive a series of emails notifying you of the tracking number and how your parcel is progressing. For customers outside Australia customs fees and taxes are out of our hands. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your Government. Please contact your country’s customs office prior to purchasing for respective charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country.
What is the shipping and tracking process?
We take our orders very seriously and all orders will be shipped with the utmost urgency. Once your payment has been cleared, you will receive an email to notify you that your order is being processed. Your order can take up to 24 hours to process (although we always try our best to ship the same day). Once processed you will receive a second confirmation email stating your order has been shipped with estimated delivery time and a tracking number link. Once the parcel has been delivered you will receive a confirmation email.
How do I track my package?
Once your order has been processed it will then be shipped. You will receive a tracking number link. With the tracking number, you will be able to follow the journey of your package. If there are problems with your tracking number or delivery, please contact the Sendle.com directly. Please contact us at email@example.com if you do not receive your order after the estimated delivery times.
Delivered but not delivered?
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your address but you have not received your order, please contact the courier to investigate this issue. Contact courier numbers are in your email and at the bottom of this page. We cannot be held responsible for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
Can my shipping address be changed?
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that you enter the shipping address correctly. We try to process your order as quickly as possible within a 24-hour time frame. There is a very small gap in time to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it is too late for us to cancel your order, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it is received back to our returns department, we can then ship it to the correct address, there will be a small postage charge for this. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order.

Payments and pricing
On our Victoria Windsor website, we have a currency converter application. Depending on which country you are viewing the website from, your currency will change to either AUS dollars, UK sterling, USA dollars or Euros. The currency can be changed to view in another currency by the flag drop down at the top right of the website. All final checkouts are in AUS dollars. Banks may or may not still charge a small fee if this is not your currency of banking.

Billing address the same as your card
Please make sure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Make sure to also enter the correct shipping address (Street number and name, City, State, and Zip Code) as we are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is not entered correctly.

We hope that you will be completely delighted and fall head over heels in love with your Victoria Windsor products as much as we have! That’s why we give you 14 days to fall in love with your purchase. We know it can sometimes be hard to choose the right items online and we want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchasing experience.
We class strip eyelashes as a hygienic product and different terms do apply. Please see below.
How do I request a refund on mink lashes?
- We CANNOT accept lashes that have been tried on with glue, damaged, cut or tampered with. Instead please try them on without glue by gently taking one of the lashes out of its packaging and place it over your eyelid. Please note that some handcrafted mink eyelashes may differ slightly from one another because of the natural materials and they are handcrafted.
- You must first contact us on email@example.com and we will guide you through the process. You will then need to fill in a form that we will send you, and email it back to us. The form will ask you your reasons for returning, what item/s you are returning and your order number. Your order number is important as we cannot process any returns without this.
- The merchandise that you send back must be within a 14-day period of you receiving the item. All buyers are responsible for paying the shipping costs back to us. We highly recommend that you ship your merchandise using a trackable shipping option, as this can greatly accelerate the process and you will also have proof of postage. We are not responsible for any items that you send back which are lost, stolen or damaged. It will be the responsibility of the postage service you chose.
- Once we receive the item back you will receive a confirmation email. From that date on we take 5 working days to process. We will then notify you of the outcome via email.
- Please Note: All mink lashes that are sent back must be in their correct packaging, not worn with glue, damaged, used and not tampered with. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund.
- If you are posting the item back from outside Australia please put on the parcel “returns no duties”.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we are happy with the item/s you sent back we would then process the refund. You will receive a confirmation email and Victoria Windsor will make the return back to you using the original payment method. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
How do I make an exchange?
If you decide you would prefer an exchange. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of you first receiving your item. It is the same steps as requesting a general refund as above; instead, we send you an exchange form to fill in. Once we receive your exchange form back with your tracked returned merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email to say we have received it. All buyers are responsible for paying the shipping costs back to us. We highly recommend you to ship your merchandise via a trackable shipping option, as this can greatly accelerate the process. From the date of the confirmation email, we take less than 5 working days to process your new order. Please Note: All merchandise that is sent back must be in their correct packaging unopened, not worn or used and not tampered with.
